Over the last decade the treatment of Muslims has dominated discussions about human rights

October 8, 2010

Over the last decade the treatment of Muslims has dominated discussions about human rights in Europe, the United States and Israel. Whether it’s Jihadis seized on the battlefields of Afghanistan, domestic terrorists plotting death and destr…uction in London, Ramallah or Jersey City, asylum seekers from the coasts of Australia to England, or your regular old Abdul or Hamid who may be a law abiding citizen or a fanatical mass murderer in waiting– the Western human rights debate over the last 10 years comes down to the treatment of Muslims.

But is that all there is to the story? While left wing “human rights organizations” such as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International (which even went the trendy route of appointing a Muslim Secretary General) have dived in to the business of protecting the rights of Muslims in the West with both feet, very little attention is paid to the rights of Hindus, Jews, Christians, Buddhists and others living in Muslim countries.

While the media plays up a real estate dispute between Jews and Muslims in Jerusalem as a major human rights story, the last Jews of Yemen are being evacuated after one of the community’s few remaining leaders was murdered by a Yemeni Air Force Pilot who ordered him to convert to Islam or die. Yemen in turn fined the pilot and offered to build the remaining Jews their own ghetto for “their own protection”. Naturally they chose to leave instead. And this is the life they described behind the “Sand Curtain” of Islam;

“A spokesman for the Jewish Federations, who met the Yemeni Jews shortly after they arrived in America, said they described a climate of fear in Yemen. Jewish men had to wear Arab headdresses and wrap their peyot behind their ears to hide their identity. Women wore burkas. “They didn’t have any visible institutions like synagogues,” he said. “They had to meet in people’s apartments.” For the first time, the new immigrants have been hanging mezuzot on the outside of their doors instead of the inside, and openly celebrating festivals like Succot.”

While Muslims incessantly shout about their “rights” in Europe, America and Israel– it might be a good idea to take a look at how non-Muslim guest workers are treated in Muslim countries.

As much as 90 percent of Dubai is run by foreign guest workers who slave away for the Emirs. Thousands of them die annually in construction work to erect the magnificent skyscrapers designed by foreign architects and rented to foreigners that decorate Dubai’s skyline.

As much as 40 percent of Saudi Arabia consists of foreign guest workers who do everything for the fat bearded sons of Mahomet, but wipe their behinds. And in some cases even that as well. Saudi Arabia is built on the foreign oil companies they seized, built by American and British oil workers, serviced by Asian maids and African laborers. The latter have their passports seized by their employers, which transforms them into slaves of their employers without the right to even leave the country. The Saudis have built such a nightmarish slave state that it is one of the few rich countries in the world where guest workers actually try to get themselves deported. Without success.

The Saudi and Dubai slave states are all the more relevant because so many of the organizations clamoring for the rights of Muslims in the West are either Saudi fronts, such as CAIR, or Saudi funded, such as Human Rights Watch. And just as the USSR lectured America on civil rights while running the Gulags, Saudi Arabia oversees a nightmarish Islamic oligarchy in which non-Muslims have no rights, while demanding through its front groups that America throw open the doors to Guantanamo Bay, stop detaining Muslims for suspicious behavior, that Europe open wide for Islamic immigration and ban any criticism of Islam, and that Israel turn over land to terrorist organizations again funded by the Saudis.

But until the Muslim world gives the same rights to non-Muslims as to Muslims, the same rights to women as to men… Muslims have no right to make such demands of anyone else. When religious minorities can live in peace and security in the Muslim world, only then can Muslims issue demands to non-Muslim countries.

Not only are Muslims treated far better than they treat others by America, Europe, Israel and the other non-Muslim countries that they routinely malign for “oppressing” them– but they are treated far better than they themselves act while abroad.

Despite all the talk about hate crimes against mosques, Muslims abroad have committed far more violent attacks on other people’s houses of worship, than have been committed against theirs. Muslim rapes far outweigh any rapes of Muslims. Muslim terrorist attacks on non-Muslims far outweigh any terrorist attacks carried out against Muslims.

That is the real portrait of Muslim ingratitude and atrocities, thinly veiled by the endless barrage of “Religion of Peace” propaganda, and the squealing by Saudi front groups bewailing the fate of Muslims living high on the hog in Sydney, Paris or Haifa, while spinning their favorite anthem of Death to Everyone Who Isn’t Us.

ClimateGate: Inhofe Calls For Department Of Justice Investigation! February 23, 2010:  Charlie Martin / Pajamas Media – February 23, 2010 Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) today asked the Obama administration to investigate what he called “the greatest scientific scandal of our generation” — the actions of climate scientists revealed by the Climategate Files, and the subsequent admissions by the editors of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report (AR4). There is today in our country a growing threat to our legal system, to the rights of all of us, to the quality of life of children, and to common sense. This threat has been fanned by prosecutors, nurtured by the media, and ignored by those who usually speak out against such dangers.

In its most narrow sense this threat can be defined as the particular approach to sexual deviance embodied in ever-more-draconian laws against all behaviors labeled “sex offenses” — including those committed by minors — and in the sex offender registries of every state and the Federal government.1 In this approach to sex offenses, slander, hysteria and demonization often replace reason, solid research and proportionality.

But more broadly, the danger consists of an all-out assault on fairness, on the reputations of some of our most caring people, on necessary social relationships and on our critical ability to confront the deepening social paranoia of 21st century America.

In 1999, a group of us in Boston — prominent political activists, civil libertarians, and workers in the mental health and legal systems, as well as teachers and others who work with children — tried to draw public attention to this threat with a “Call to Safeguard our Children and Our Liberties.” Eight years have passed and the crisis we addressed then has gotten far worse. The demonization of those accused of illegal sexual activity — both the innocent and the guilty — and the criminalization or stigmatization of more and more forms of sexual expression has reached new heights. All sense of fairness and due process are often tossed to the winds. The worst thing a person has ever done in their lives becomes the only thing they have ever done. Many who always despised “pedophiles” have been swept up by the hysteria and are stunned to suddenly find themselves or their children labeled sex offenders. The lives of many thousands of people have been unfairly ruined. And we have created a despised under-class labeled “sex offenders”. All of these developments are justified under the high-sounding rhetoric of “protecting our children from sexual predators” despite the fact that a great many registered sex offenders have never committed sexual offenses against minors.

In the process, the American legal system has moved from identifying specific crimes which cause real harm toward naming whole classes of “bad persons” to shame and isolate them for life. A similar change in the American legal approach has taken place since 9/11, with regard to those accused of “terrorism.” In these cases, many rights of the accused have vanished. Fortunately, though, there has been public criticism about the suspension of due-process, habeas corpus and other rights for accused “terrorists”.

But there has been no public outcry by those claiming concern for human rights when rights are suspended for accused sex offenders, especially those accused of any offense against a minor. Indeed, even the definition of “who is a child” is being radically changed. Though ages vary from state to state — between 14 and 18 — federal law now replaces these in many cases, creating a national age of 18, below which a person is deemed a “child” with regard to sex.

Certainly many caring people are providing important support to children who have been sexually violated and want to protect other children from such harm. But is the welfare of children really the driving dynamic behind current public perceptions and policies? And how are these policies actually impacting the lives of young people? What if the overwhelming focus on dangers posed by some sex offenders diverts our attention from other prevalent dangers to children, some of which would be simple to alleviate (e.g., crushing, humiliating poverty) and others much more complex (e.g., family violence). At the same time, many youngsters are now prosecuted and/or subjected to public shaming for behaviors that young people (including most of today’s adults when they were young) have engaged in for millennia without public stigma.

The “clergy abuse scandal” and the almost daily sensationalist coverage of allegations of sex abuse in the media, has led to due-process simply vanishing where sex is alleged. Instead of leading to a deeper understanding of sexuality and sexual violation, the framing of the priests’ crisis has dramatically increased ignorance and demonization, lumping together the innocent and the guilty, those guilty of minor infractions with those who caused serious harm, and those accused of one violation in an entire career of supporting young people with those who caused harm on a regular basis.

Meanwhile children across the land learn that adults who like them are suspect. And more and more men who pose no danger at all to kids stay away from them, refuse them rides and shun innocent interactions that involve physical contact to avoid any possible misinterpretation of genuine affection or concern. Children, men and our society are the losers.

As soon as someone is accused of sexual behavior with a minor, their name is splashed all over TV and the newspapers, destroying their careers and good name, and their accuser is publicly labeled a victim. All of this happens whether the accusation is true or not. And the destroyed lives of the falsely accused pile up by the day. Statutes of limitations have been virtually abolished for these cases. DA’s, judges and juries indict or convict on the mere allegation of sexual violation without any consideration that supporting evidence is lacking. “Repressed memories”, unsupported or even contradicted by physical evidence, sometimes become the basis for conviction.

Many convicted of sex offenses receive very long sentences in the first place — often unrelated to the seriousness of their crime and sometimes even longer than those guilty of manslaughter.Until overruled by the Supreme Court, six states had attempted to institute the death penalty for sex offenses involving children when murder or even physical violence was not alleged.

If they do get out of prison, once they have completed their sentence, those designated “sex offenders” are mandated by federal law to register with the police. This requirement covers those accused of even the slightest sexual impropriety with a person under 18 for which they may have been given a suspended sentence. They must provide their names, addresses and other personal information which is then made public on the internet and in other ways. It is common that they are hounded, driven out of their jobs and homes and humiliated for decades. They are almost without the protection of Constitutional rights. They have no way to re-integrate into society. Their families and friends are almost as “shamed” and ostracized as they are. Such public humiliation and isolation has led to suicides. Several registered persons have been murdered by those who found their addresses, in two cases randomly.

Sex offenders are often very limited regarding travel and where they can live and they are often prohibited from being in many public spaces. A new wave of local legislation is sweeping over the land making it illegal for registered persons who have served their sentences to live virtually anywhere at all. In Miami, they can only live under a bridge.

The numbers required to register grow exponentially — including juveniles and many whose offenses were committed decades ago when they were considered rather minor transgressions. Together with their spouses, children and parents, registered sex offenders constitute a population larger than most large U.S. cities. There are over 500,000 registered sex offenders in the United States, several hundred thousand being sought for registration, several hundred thousand in prison, plus family members of sex offenders numbering about 2,000,000.

And the insanity spreads, instituting a new war on children and on young people and their sexuality. The public registries in the US include children as young as eleven years old, a four-year-old has been charged with sexual harassment, and first graders have been prosecuted for sodomy as a result of innocent, mutual play with peers. Juveniles whose feelings or actions are considered deviant have been subjected to the same aversive therapies once used to “cure” gay men, as well as public humiliation – their names, addresses and photos provided the public on the internet and in other media. Though in other areas, the privacy of juveniles is considered paramount, in the case of “sex offenders” it is completely abandoned.

In twenty states, life-time civil commitment is now mandated for some categories of sex offenders who have completed their prison sentences.Though this status is supposed to be reserved only for truly violent predators, existing law now defines any offense against a minor, including those without any violence, as a violent act. By 2006, nearly 3,000 sex offenders were held under such statutes, and the number has undoubtedly increased. Though such persons are supposed to be in treatment for verifiable mental illnesses, and may be released to supervised parole, very few have ever been released, and many go virtually untreated.

Some of us who signed the original “Call to Protect our Children and Our Liberties” feel we must try again to stimulate a more objective discussion of the issues. We hope to get others to join us – especially people who work with children and who support justice and common sense. We want to get more people to raise the cry against this ravaging of the social fabric by a destructive and wrong-headed crusade.

We affirm the need to protect children — and all people of all ages — from sexual harm and the terror of violent rape and to deal seriously with those acts which cause such harm. We will emphasize the civil and human costs of current policies which deprive people of their rights and humiliate them and which undermine supportive relationships between adults and young people.

The present crusade is spreading fear and loathing across our society. Our society does not need more fear and loathing. It needs trust and dignity and redemption. At present there is no telling how far this self-destructive approach to social problems related to sexuality can go — unless people capable of courage, compassion and common sense stand up to stop it and turn our country’s attention to real solutions to our problems.

Tariffs can they save our jobs and our way of life?

September 22, 2010

Could tariffs be the only way to rebuild our manufacturing base?

One of the major early actions of Congress was the passage of the Tariff Act of 1789, which was designed to: raise revenues for the new government by placing a tariff on the importation of foreign goods (averaging more than 8 percent) To encourage domestic production in such industries as glass and pottery by taxing the importation of those products from foreign sources. This gave American manufactures   an advantage over foreign manufactures.

Tariffs are constitutional. Tariffs were used by the founders to raise money to operate the federal government. And was at one time their only means of support. Tariffs protect Americans way of life and enabled small business to compete with the likes of now day’s Wal mart . This advantage in turn creates industries that all Americans can enjoy. Tariffs create jobs.  Isn’t that what we all want?

American manufactures to be able to compete with foreign competition?

Now we have law makers and Americans that think that tariffs are evil.  Tariffs raise prices. Tariffs may raise prices. that is true. The advantage is that Americans are working and not in the unemployment lines. I think Americans could take a little increase in prices if it meant they were working and rebuilding industry.

Why should the profits of American companies that take advantage of slave labor and encourage the oppression of the people in said countries?  Be protected when the American people are being hung out to dry?

These countries that we call our trading partners.  Most (if not all) live in slavery and oppression. The Workers live in filth with no hope of a better life for themselves or their families’.

Is this? The vision that our federal government, and so called American companies have for the American people?

Americans have inherently wanted a better life of themselves. Why wouldn’t a free people seek a better life?

Why would an American want America to become like China? Or one of the many countries our ancestors fled to become Americans?

It is past time to stop trying to save the world. We as Americans need to put ourselves first for once. And think about our own country, our jobs, and our way of life!

Bring back tariffs so Americans can compete with foreign companies once more! or plan to become like our trading partners enslaved and oppressed.

545 vs 300,000,000

March 12, 2010

545 vs 300,000,000
EVERY CITIZEN NEEDS TO READ THIS AND THINK ABOUT WHAT THIS JOURNALIST HAS SCRIPTED IN THIS MESSAGE. READ IT AND THEN REALLY THINK ABOUT OUR CURRENT POLITICAL DEBACLE.

Charley Reese has been a journalist for 49 years.

545 PEOPLE
By Charlie Reese

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall.. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party… She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red ..

If the Army &Marines are in IRAQ , it’s because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems..

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Charlie Reese is a former columnist of the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper.

What you do with this article now that you have read it………. Is up to you.

This might be funny if it weren’t so darned true.
Be sure to read all the way to the end:

And I still have to ‘press 1’ for English!?

Golda Meir’s bodyguard Juval Aviv Now U.S. security consultant..

February 23, 2010

This was a brought to my attention by a dear friend and I believe it is good information.
Juval Aviv was the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie ‘ Munich ‘ was based.. He was Golda Meir’s bodyguard – she appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games.

In a lecture in New York City a few weeks ago, he shared information that EVERY American needs to know — but that our government has not yet shared with us.

He predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O’Reilly show on Fox News stating publicly that it would happen within a week…  At the time, O’Reilly laughed and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show.  But, unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.

Juval Aviv gave intelligence (via what he had gathered in Israel and the Middle East ) to the Bush Administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred.  His report specifically said they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments.  Congress has since hired him as a security consultant..

Now for his future predictions.  He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S.
will occur within the next few months.

Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again.  Aviv believes our airport security is a joke — that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective..

For example:

1) Our airport technology is out dated.  We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.

2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire.  Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes.  A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives.  Now we can’t bring liquids on board.  He says he’s waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked!  Every strategy we have is reactionary..

We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates.  Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in.  It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved.  In Israel , security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.

Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate.  (I. E., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc…) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as rural America this time ( Wyoming , Montana , etc.).

The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.

Aviv says terrorists won’t need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.

Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. Government does not want to ‘alarm American citizens’ with the facts.  The world is quickly going to become ‘a different place’, and issues like ‘global warming’ and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.

On an encouraging note, he says that Americans don’t have to be concerned about being nuked.  Aviv says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons.  They like to use suicide as a front-line approach.  It’s cheap, it’s easy, it’s effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to ‘meet their destiny’.

He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad.  But will be, instead, ‘homegrown’ – having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.. S.  He says to look for ‘students’ who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East .  These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won’t know/understand a thing about them..

Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terrorist threats we will, inevitably, face..   America still has only have a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact SOON.

So, what can America do to protect itself?  From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence.  We need to, instead, follow Israel ‘s, Ireland ‘s and England ‘s hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust ‘aware’ citizens to help.  We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U. S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, ‘like babies’.  Our government thinks we ‘can’t handle the truth’ and are concerned that we’ll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism.  Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.

Aviv recently created/executed a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities.  The results?  Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out…in fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!

In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well ‘trained’ that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, ‘Unattended Bag!’  The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves.  But, unfortunately, America hasn’t been yet ‘hurt enough’ by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it’s their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.

Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were ‘lost’ without parents being able to pick them up, and about our schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there.  (In New York City , this was days, in some cases!)

He stresses the importance of having a plan, that’s agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terrorist emergency.  He urges parents to contact their children’s schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel ..

Does your family know what to do if you can’t contact one another by phone?  Where would you gather in an emergency?  He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.

Aviv says that the U. S. government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE’s ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated.

How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot speak?  You need to have a plan.

If you believe what you have just read, then you must feel compelled to send to every concerned parent or guardian, grandparents, uncles, aunts, whatever and whomever.  Nothing will happen if you choose not to do so, but in the event it does happen, this particular blog will haunt you…”I should have sent this to…”.

Washington State Small Businesses Seek Relief!

February 8, 2010

A failed rush to justice has put weatherization contractors in Grant, Lincoln, and Adams counties in Washington State. At risk. It has made them the Victims of an investigation by Washington State Commerce and The Dept of Energy Investigator General over allegations of conflict of interest and employee misconduct. The investigation began in July of 2009. As a result of a complaint made by a disgruntled contractor. This has resulted in non-payment of completed contracts putting these small businesses in jeopardy.

These small businesses that have already fulfilled their contractual obligations and through no fault of their own these businesses have experienced losses that could end their ability to continue to employ workers and remain in business.

What small business do you know that could withstand $30,000 to $50,000 in losses? After 7 months of investigation with no charges being filed isn’t it time for the state of Washington to pay contractors for work they already have performed? Before the state contracts with the council to administer more money in federal and state funds, for use in Grant Lincoln and Adams counties?

Washington State Small Businesses Seek Relief!

North Columbia Community Action has been under investigation over allegations of conflict of interest within their administration. These allegations were made in June of 2009. Since that time they have been under investigation by Washington State Department of Commerce and the Federal department of energy Inspector General. The focus on the investigation has been the weatherization program and its employees not the contractors. Subsequently the director of the weatherization program Caroline Schell was dismissed. Council administrator Ken Sterner has stepped down. Two other unnamed employees were investigated and later dismissed.

No criminal charges have been filed.

The state and federal reviews in this matter have been completed since September 2009.No public report has been made available. This report should be made public and any and all finding of the investigation should be disclosed.

The local contractor with valid contracts have met their obligations! The work the contractors completed has been inspected on at least 3 occasions. The first inspection was done in July 2009 by an inspector for North Columbia community action. They were inspected two more times in Sept and Oct. of 2009 by department of commerce while they conducted their investigation. The contractor’s work past inspection each time, they were again inspected in January and Feb.2010 all inspections passed.

Despite contractors numerous pleas for relief to our government officials  Congressman Doc Hastings,  State rep, Judy Warnick, Senator Janea Holmquist, The Attorney general and the Governor’s office of Washington state, Washington State Department of Commerce and Federal department of energy I. G . As of this date no one seems to know anything, no one has any answers, and no payments, have been made to contractors. None of our elected officials seem to know, who is in charge. It seems they are turning a blind eye to the contractor’s dilemma.

You tell me in this economy what business can afford to lay out the capital expenses for material and labor then not get paid for over 7 months? These contractors have obligations, businesses to run, and bills to pay. Let’s get to the bottom of this issue and stop harming honest people. These contractors have been patient and accommodating through out this process.  It is no wonder small businesses are struggling.

The Bottom line these contractors should be paid forthwith for contracts completed plus interest from the time payment was due. This needs to be done now! Washington State

What are ELF Waves ?

Extremely Low Frequency waves have frequency between 3 to 30 Hz. Human ears can detect a minimum of 20 Hz but 30Hz is mostly inaudible to most human beings. Such low freqency waves have been used for communication with submarines and because they can travel over long distances, they are used in Ionospheric heaters as well.

What are Ionospheric Heaters ? ELF waves are transmitted by a large array of antennas at Ionospheric Heating sites. These waves are focused on a single point in the upper atmosphere. This wave concentartion heats up the Ionosphere and can create artifical auroras as well, as the Ionosphere is nothing but a 20km wide layer of electrically charged particles.

Shouldn’t we be asking our Leaders if there ia device that can be used to cause earthquakes?

“History is Written By the Victors “
Haiti is largely the product of American policies and an American-led development model.
Here are a few fact that most of us do not know about, because We have been led by our government or media. Telling us a different story. Then Haiti’s people themselves might tell.
First of all, take a swift glance at the historical and cultural background of the Haitian people. In order to fully understand present and actual conditions. It is important to be familiar with the fact that the Haitian people have a glorious history behind them.
Haiti was the first of the American Republics, after the United States, to gain its independence. The story of the war for Haiti’s independence is one of the most thrilling chapters in the history of the world. If you read only what alien historians have written, You gain the idea that the Haitian struggle was nothing more than the massacre of outnumbered whites by hordes of semi-savage blacks.
There were massacres and savageness, but it was on both sides. The war itself was one which suffers very little in greatness when compared with the American Revolution. There were times when the French troops and the Haitian troops engaged, a total of more than 80,000 men. The French troops were the best that Napoleon could send and the Haitian troops were not a band of lawless guerrillas, but were well drilled and well officered. There were battles in which these troops force the respect of the French for their Courage and boldness in battle, and their commanders, for their military ability and courage.
It should also be kept in mind that the Haitian people were fighting for Liberty from oppression. Something we as Americans also fought for.
January 1st, 1804 is when Haiti declared its independence. Haiti remained Independent until The U.S. marines occupied Haiti from 1915 to 1934.
In 1919 well occupied, Haitian Charlemagne Péralte had organized more than a thousand cacos, or armed guerrillas, to militarily oppose the marine occupation. U.S. marines responded to the resistance with a counterinsurgency campaign that raided villages, killed thousands of Haitians, and destroyed the livelihoods of even more. American organizations such as the NAACP opposed the U.S. occupation of Haiti. Haiti also became a member of the World Bank in 1953
From 1957-1971 Haitians lived under the dark shadow of “Papa Doc” Duvalier, a brutal dictator who enjoyed World bank and U.S. backing. After his death, Duvalier’s son, Jean-Claude “Baby Doc” became President-for-life at the age of 19 and he ruled Haiti until he was finally overthrown in 1986.
In the 1970s and 1980s that Baby Doc and the American planners inside and outside the U.S. government upon seeing and helping to cause the entrenched poverty of the Haitian masses decided be used the situation to force them into low-paying jobs the U.S. government initiated their plan to transform Haiti into the “Taiwan of the Caribbean..” This small, poor country situated conveniently close to the United States was instructed to abandon its agricultural past and develop a robust, export-oriented manufacturing sector, , Duvalier and his allies were told, was the way toward modernization.
The U.S increased their practice of dumping surplus agricultural products from the U.S. on the Haitian people. This “aid” from the Americans, along with the structural changes in the countryside forced farmers to migrate to the cities, especially Port-au-Prince where the new manufacturing jobs were supposed to be. However, when they got there they found there weren’t nearly enough manufacturing jobs to go around. to meet the housing needs of the displaced farmers, quickly and cheaply constructed housing were put up, sometimes placing houses right “on top of each other.” So when you see the destruction now know that it was the homes of displaced farmers. you now know that the U.S., World bank and our business men are the same entity’s that built them.
The United States government, World bank, and business community worked together to put Haiti and Haiti’s capitol city on track to become what it was on January 12, 2010

So now that I have only touch on U.S. involvement in Haiti and Haitian history.

I ask again what are U.S. intentions in Haiti? and why am I hearing of earth quake weapons? military action ? and Now selective feeding of the poor in Haiti ? Is there any truth to these question’s ? Since all that our media and government have told us about Haiti is a lie?
What is really happening in Haiti? and shouldn’t we be asking these question’s ???

Another assault on Posse Comitatus

One blogger writes

Quietly—even stealthily—in the opening days of the New Year, President Barack Obama has set up a

“Council of Governors”.
Like the 30-plus czars running America with neither the people’s nor the congress’s blessings,

the Council of Governors is already a done deal.

_____________________________________________________

White House Office of the Press Secretary released a report on the White House web site titled “President Obama Signs Executive Order Establishing Council of Governors.

On Jan 11, 2010  to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal
Government and State Governments.

When appointed, the Council will be reviewing such matters as
involving the National Guard of the various States;

homeland defense, civil support, synchronization and integration of

State and Federal military
activities in the United States, and other matters of mutual interest
pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support
activities.

The Council will be composed of “ten State Governors who will be selected by the President to serve two-year terms .  Once chosen, the Council will have no more than five members from the same party and represent the Nation as a whole.”

The press release also states that Federal members of the Council include
the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Assistant
to the President for Homeland Security and Counter terrorism, the Assistant
to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, the
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security
Affairs, the U.S. Northern Command Commander, the Commandant of the Coast Guard, and the civil support activities. The Secretary of Defense will appoint an Executive Director for the Council.

Presidential Directives or Executive Orders that have the potential to steal our liberties and expand federal  power over us

Even international police powers.

Like executive order 12425 amendment sign by President Obama giving greater protection to Interpol  freedom to investigate Americans and tying the hands of  US law enforcement , Giving away our power to know what? These NON US Law enforcement bodies are doing in our country?

The mainstream media  fails to tell the Americans  about what is going on .

(So a grandma like me has to tell you)

It is a sad statement about the media.

That  is what is happening with Obama’s  EO establishing a Council of Governors (COG).

As with any expansion of the federal government. The new Council of Governors needs to be watched  very carefully by freedom loving Americans.

As it seems to be another assault on Posse Comitatus, the  law that bars the military from exercising domestic police powers.

As are most government powers, there is always the potential for abuse.

In this case, there is cause for serious concern because every bit of this is expanding traditional Command in Chief powers to the DOD

[Department of Defense], spreading troops around the US.

When writing this  blog. I realized that  these troops could be potentially not be  American troops.

It reminded me of a rumor I had heard more than once on internet talk shows and other  internet sources .

The rumors that has spread around the internet was about

The United States Northern Command, deputy commander

H Steven Blum.

(National guard)

Was rumored to have requested  Russia  assistants with policing US citizens with in the US.  In the near future. In the event that something?

like say aaaa

Haiti’s  happens here in America ?.

One must ask with all these Executive orders Mr. Obama has sighed

Is there viability to theses rumors?

and not just crazy internet stuff?
